To initiate a return, please contact us within:

  • 30 days of delivery for returns without issue
  • 7 days of delivery for Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective items

✅ Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
  • Personalized or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned

💳 Refunds & Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
  • After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the product price, minus the restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once we receive and approve the return.
